We are seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for training and optimizing AI models. You will conduct evaluations to benchmark performance and analyze results for continuous improvement, ranking model responses across diverse domains, and ensuring alignment with criteria.

The role also involves developing explanations and rationales for evaluations and leading supervised fine-tuning with task-specific datasets.

Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Familiarity with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
