Elevio Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain web applications that power our strategy and market access solutions in Paris. You will work with consultants and data scientists to implement features, build APIs and ensure performance and security across the stack.

The role requires 2–3 years of professional experience, strong TS/React/Vue/Angular skills, and a solid back-end capability with Node.js and Python. On-site in Paris with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Vue or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Python for back-end development.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, PRs and CI/CD practices.

Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer at Elevio Group, you will work closely with consultants and data scientists to design, build, and maintain web applications that power our strategy and market access solutions. You will develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, and ensure applications are performant, secure, and user-friendly. Daily tasks include implementing new features, fixing bugs, collaborating on architecture decisions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. You will also support continuous improvement of development practices and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer
• Solid experience with TypeScript, React, Vue or Angular (experience with a React framework is a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js, Python for back-end development
• Good understanding of REST APIs, databases and application architecture
• Experience with SQL / relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub workflows (PRs, code review) and CI/CD practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
• Prior experience at a startup or in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French language skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with backend frameworks like NestJS and Express
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development
• Understanding of the notion of data pipelines
