Blueprints is seeking a full-stack developer to own problems end-to-end, from design to operation. You will work across the entire system, turning ideas into reliable software and pushing the boundaries of fintech products.

You will collaborate directly with the founder to discuss technical details and tradeoffs, with emphasis on clear thinking and delivering solid results. Finance/DeFi understanding is a nice-to-have.

• Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end features.
• Strong mathematical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to understand complex systems and simplify them.
• Excellent communication and independence in work.
• Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new tech.
