Symbiose, a venture-backed deeptech company, seeks a Full Stack Engineering Apprentice for its Alternance program in Paris. You will work with senior engineers, remote sensing specialists, and data scientists to build production-ready backend and frontend components of the Symbiose Platform.

You will collaborate across geospatial, ML, and data pipelines, increasing responsibility as you learn, while contributing to real-world environmental intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development (academic or personal projects).
• Familiar with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Basic understanding of APIs and databases.
• Exposure to SQL; PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Comfortable working in English in a technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to backend and frontend development under guidance.
• Assist in integrating geospatial, remote sensing, or ML outputs into APIs and web applications.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Help build and improve web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Support the integration of geospatial visualization tools (Mapbox GL or similar).
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and agile development cycles.
