We’re Hiring: Frontend Developers (React + TypeScript) Large-scale, mission-critical IT systems

We are looking for 3 experienced Frontend Developers to join a high-impact project focused on modernising and enhancing a large-scale European IT system operating in the fields of border management, migration, and internal security. This project is part of a major system upgrade aiming to improve performance, scalability, interoperability, and usability, within a highly collaborative, agile, and security-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, modular, and well-structured code to implement layouts, styles, and interactive functionalities
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and visually consistent interfaces
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Use version control tools (e.g. GitHub) to manage changes and collaborate efficiently
• Work closely with backend developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)
• Experience in browser testing, debugging, and optimization
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills with high attention to detail, Business-oriented mindset
• Technical portfolio showcasing diverse front-end work

Nice to Have

• Experience in client-facing roles
• Background in large-scale IT projects
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
