Job summary

Phi Partners is a strategic IT consultancy for capital markets with 20+ years of experience, supporting top-tier banks and asset managers. The Front Office “Commando” team develops high-value tools on trading floors, including pricing, market-data calibration, and PnL explanations.

The role combines finance and software engineering on global applications. The successful candidate will work directly with traders, deliver front-office tools, and harmonise applications across geographies.

Qualifications

• Dual competency in financial mathematics and IT/ software engineering.
• Experience with derivatives products, equities.
• Strong C# / WPF / REST APIs; Python for exploration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English; 3–6 years seniority.

Responsibilities

• Support the business day-to-day on exploration and prototyping (Python + REST APIs).
• Take business requirements directly from the desk (no intermediary MOA/BA).
• Develop the corresponding applications (C# / WPF / Blazor).
• Provide support and maintenance of these applications.
• Ensure the harmonisation of the tools across the different geographical zones.
