Job summary

Teciem is seeking a Front Office Expert Functional Consultant to implement, upgrade, migrate, and transform Sophis and Sophis Invest solutions for clients. The role blends hands-on design, functional consulting, project delivery, and mentoring while remaining highly customer-facing and billable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in capital markets or investment management technology.
• Ideally previous experience with Sophis or Sophis Invest.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing consulting engagements.
• Experience working within a software vendor, consulting organization, asset manager, custodian, or investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams during Sophis implementation, upgrade, migration, and managed services engagements.
• Analyze customer business processes and operational requirements.
• Design and configure Sophis solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design reviews.
• Participate in testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness assessments.
• Support project managers in planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert on Front Office and Pricing topics.
• Recommend best practices and target operating models.
• Provide expert guidance on trade lifecycle processes and platform utilization.
• Support customers with complex functional investigations and business issues.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
