Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Megève seeks a Front Desk Intern to assist seasoned concierge colleagues and help create unforgettable guest experiences.

The role offers exposure to luxury hospitality in a mountain resort, with uniform provision, one meal per shift, and a 39-hour weekly internship.

Formación

• Student in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Excellent grooming and impeccable sense of service.
• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
• Able to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of Megève culture, history, gastronomy, and activities.
• Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, demanding environment.
• Not eligible for sponsorship; legal French/European work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and register guests, fulfill requests, and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Resolve guest issues in collaboration with management.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel and destination.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, hours, events, and directions.
• Handle emails, calls, packages, and special deliveries.
• Record special requests accurately in internal systems.

Whatyouwilldo

• Welcome and register guests, with an emphasis on fulfilling requests; following special handling instructions and adhering toestablishedcredit policies and procedures as well as Four Seasons Standards.Recite all informationregardinghotelfacilities, hours of operation, key personnel,special eventsand activities, and functions in the Hotel.
• Handle guest problems or complaints in conjunction with Management, keeping them well informed as to the problems and actions taken.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity
• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email, call, packages, and special guests’ deliveries
• Use internal systems and database to correctly record special requests and ensure high-quality follow-up
• Communicatetheguests’ complaints to the management,keepingthemwellinformedas to the issues and actionstaken.
• Communicateto allhoteldepartmentsanynecessaryinformation,guestpreferencesorrequests
• Workharmoniouslyandprofessionallywithallcolleagues.
