Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to build next-generation text-to-speech (TTS) systems with natural, expressive voices. We are seeking native or native-level French speakers with a standard, neutral accent to contribute high-quality voice recordings for training and evaluating cutting-edge speech models.

This role is open to both experienced voice professionals and newcomers with a clear, expressive voice and a good recording setup.

Qualifications

• Native or native-level French speaker with a standard, neutral accent.
• Delivery must be clear, neutral, and free of strong regional influence.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.

Responsabilités

• Record high-quality voice samples across scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with controlled tone and pacing.
• Maintain consistent voice and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, microphone setup, file formats).
• Perform multiple takes with varied emotion and style when needed.
