Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant, French Speaking, to oversee content development and strategic learning solutions for pharmaceutical clients. The role acts as Learning Strategist on project teams, guiding writers and coordinating delivery while aligning with customer needs.

Fluency in English and French is essential, with the ability to travel up to 10%. Remote work within France is supported.

Qualifications

• Degree educated
• Fluency in English and French
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech training/education
• Strong PowerPoint and writing skills with instructional design understanding

Responsabilités

• Oversee development of engaging training content across modalities (distance-learning modules, e-zines, live training, etc.)
• Manage live training logistics, scheduling, materials, and facilities requirements
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify future opportunities
• Develop and maintain role-specific training curriculums (Leadership Development, Account Manager Training, Medical Sales Liaison Training)
• Serve as facilitator or lead facilitator training for content when required
• Travel up to 10% (domestic)
• Ensure clear communication with customers and project teams in English and French
