efficy Group in Paris is offering an Email Marketing Intern position for a French speaker to join our Paris-based team. This 6-month internship starts in January and offers hybrid working, real projects, and exposure to European SaaS marketing.

As part of the marketing team, you will build and send email campaigns, support events, and collaborate with sales and partners, gaining hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and AI-powered platforms.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master's student in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Available for 6 months with university agreement.
• Native level French with full professional fluency in English; Dutch a plus.
• Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications.
• Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings.
• Handle event logistics, including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications.
• Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with.
• Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools.
