Besthire is seeking French-speaking Content Moderators to join on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will review user reports, enforce platform policies, and ensure safe content across the platform. Candidates must be fluent in French and comfortable with English; relocation support is available.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, with a clear path for career progression. Prior moderation or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and comfortable with English.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Review user reports and apply platform policies.
• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
