Responsibilities

• Commitment: Flexible / project-based (hourly)
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and spot checks on AI training data to maintain high content standards
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to trainers and escalates quality or process issues when necessary
• Monitor and improve the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of French AI training workflows
• Communicate project updates, guideline changes, and support information to trainers and QA contributors
• Manage contributor engagement by tracking activity levels and proactively following up with inactive team members
• Create, maintain, and improve documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, and training materials
• Organize and conduct onboarding sessions and training calls to ensure contributors understand project expectations and guidelines
• Collaborate with global teams using English documentation and communication standards

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• Exceptional written French skills with strong grammar, syntax, proofreading, editing, and stylistic flexibility across formal and conversational content
• Experience working on LLM or AI data training projects, preferably in QA, reviewer, or leadership roles
• Strong English proficiency (C1 or above) for documentation, collaboration, and communication with international teams
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and gaps in guidelines or workflows
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work independently, provide feedback, support contributors, and maintain team engagement
