You will assist customers of leading brands, resolve questions, and ensure a smooth experience while enjoying relocation assistance and a developing career within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1 or native) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and adapt to a multicultural team.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités
