Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Bordeaux to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests.

You will communicate via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understand customer needs, provide effective solutions, and ensure a smooth experience from initial contact to resolution, while collaborating with internal teams to expedite improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) to interact with diverse customers.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency (eligibility).
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in Travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:
