Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat from customers in French.

Relocation support is offered, including flight, temporary accommodation, and administrative assistance, with training and ongoing support. Fluency in French and good English are required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French
• Good level of English (B1+)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Portugal
