ANINE BING is seeking an RTW Freelance Fashion Designer for a mission-based engagement supporting ready-to-wear collection development, in coordination with our Paris-based design team. This role prioritizes flou and tailoring, with jersey exposure a plus, and requires a minimum of three years in a fashion design studio; expert Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory.

Occasional on-site fittings in Paris are possible, otherwise remote, with autonomous delivery of designs and packs along project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a fashion design studio.
• Strong design skillset in flou and tailoring; jersey experience a plus.
• Expert-level Illustrator and Photoshop mandatory; solid technical drawing and garment construction knowledge.
• Fluent English; French proficiency preferred.
• Independent contractor with ability to deliver on schedule.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design and development across RTW categories with priority on flou and tailoring.
• Produce technical drawings and design packs on Illustrator, delivered per milestones.
• Refine silhouettes based on fitting feedback and update technical drawings.
• Contribute to color, fabric and trim research to support collection deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables reflect brand design intent for handoff to Product Development and Production.
