Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback on system behavior.
• Nice to have: project coordination and memory/state management.
