A leading creative agency in France is seeking an experienced Interior Architect to design and manage hospitality projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in hospitality design, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and fluency in both French and English. This role involves producing design documents and overseeing project execution to ensure quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.).
• Solid understanding of French accessibility and ERP regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing interior projects within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, spas…) from concept through to delivery.

Role requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and manage hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.) from initial concept to final delivery.

Produce design documents : concept presentations, detailed design, construction drawings.

Present and articulate creative proposals to clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of execution.

Conduct ongoing research into materials, trends and innovations within the hospitality sector.

Oversee aesthetic aspects during site supervision, in collaboration with project managers.

Qualities & characteristics

Degree in Architecture, or Interior Architecture.

5+years of experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.).

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Revit or Rhino is a plus.

Solid understanding of French accessibility and ERP regulations.

Detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both French and English.

Team player, adaptable and versatile.
