An international B2B company is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager for their new French market operations. For our client, an international B2B player specializing in security, mission‑critical and communication solutions, we are looking for a France Senior Channel Account Manager to lead and accelerate the commercial launch and expansion of the French market.
This is a strategic and business‑critical role, combining hands‑on channel development, key partner management, complex sales leadership and close cross‑border coordination with top management.
Our client is a value‑added distributor of leading radio communication, wireless and security solutions, serving professional B2B markets through a selective Channel model.
After more than 20 years of successful activity in its historical markets, the company has recently launched its commercial operations in France. The French subsidiary is now entering a key acceleration phase, with strong ambitions to structure and scale its Channel network nationwide.
The organization operates with a lean, agile structure, flat hierarchy and direct access to decision‑makers, offering a high level of autonomy and impact.
As Senior Channel Account Manager France, you are responsible for the entire French Channel business, ensuring continuity, growth and long‑term value creation.
Your mission is to:
Develop and structure the French Channel ecosystem
Drive revenue and gross margin performance
Strengthen strategic partnerships while activating new Channels
Lead complex sales cycles
Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO in shaping and executing the French market strategy
Mentor and support junior Channel resources as the organization scales
Lead and expand the French Channel network (distributors, integrators, VARs)
Ensure continuity and growth following the recent commercial launch in France
Act as the primary point of contact for key Channel Partners
Manage Key Accounts while supporting portfolio sharing with junior profiles
Identify, recruit and activate new distribution partners to penetrate new vertical markets
Drive complex sales cycles, including negotiation, pricing, margin management and closing
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, revenue and gross margin
Support partners in projects, tenders and strategic opportunities
Work closely with Pre‑Sales, technical, marketing and internal teams in France and internationally
Coordinate cross‑border activities with headquarters and international entities
Report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and priorities
Travel regularly within France and occasionally to Switzerland
Proven experience in Channel sales and partner management, ideally within a value‑added distributor or manufacturer
Several years of success managing indirect sales Channels with demonstrable commercial results
Strong industry exposure in radio communications, telecommunications or mission‑critical systems
Existing professional network in the radio / telecom ecosystem is a strong advantage
Ability to drive complex B2B sales, negotiate at senior level and close strategic deals
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
High degree of autonomy, structure and ownership in a multinational environment
Capacity to mentor and support junior profiles while maintaining personal sales impact
Technical background in electrical engineering, RF or communications is a plus
Willingness to travel at least 50% within France
Fluent French (written & spoken) and good working English (German is a plus)
Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills and customer‑centric mindset
A strategic role in a fast‑growing French subsidiary at an early and decisive stage
