Deliveroo France is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to translate central marketing direction into a 360° plan tailored to the French market. You will lead quarterly planning, prioritise objectives, and align local and central teams for cohesive campaigns.

You’ll orchestrate 360° campaigns, localize global activity, and manage timelines and KPIs across Brand Marketing, Promo & Partnerships, and agencies to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing or marketing programme management.
• Ability to translate central direction into local, 360° plans.
• Experience leading PMO for major marketing moments and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Integrated Marketing Planning & Business Performance — France
• Lead France quarterly planning from kick-off to priorities and calendar
• Translate central direction and French market needs into one integrated plan
• Develop prioritisation and trade-off scenarios based on impact, capacity and investment
• Define campaign objectives and KPIs, feed learnings into future plans
• Act as PMO for key moments (Back-to-School, Black Friday) and craft overarching narrative
• Orchestrate 360° campaigns and align local/global media plans
• Coordinate local campaigns and partnerships with Promo & Partnerships teams
• Clarify ownership, dependencies, decision dates and success criteria
