air up is seeking a strategic Content Creator Marketing leader for France. You will own the creator strategy, define the roadmap, and partner with creators across platforms to drive brand growth and sales. This role is hybrid, based remotely in Germany with periodic Munich office days.

You’ll manage a large creator budget, partner with internal teams, and push innovative campaigns that blend marketing, performance, and brand. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in senior Creator/Influencer Marketing focusing on the French market.
• Ability to craft long- and short-term creator marketing roadmaps that grow brand love.
• Deep understanding of French culture, market dynamics, and creator landscape.
• Data-driven mindset with performance KPIs and analytics proficiency.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with ownership of budget and channel.
• Fluency in French and English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead France’s Creator Marketing strategy and own the brand voice in that market.
• Define and manage the long- and short-term roadmap for Creator Marketing.
• Explore Next-Gen platforms and partnerships with creators (e.g., Twitch, gaming).
• Own a substantial 6-digit monthly budget for creator campaigns.
• Plan campaigns with operational excellence and connect activities to brand strategy.
• Oversee outreach, negotiation, contracts, briefings, content review, and performance reporting.
• Lead signature campaigns with innovative ideas and collaborate with the French team and agencies.
• Coordinate with Paid Social, CRM, E-Comm, and other teams to keep marketing aligned.
