A global leader in building technologies is seeking a Senior Regional Field Marketing Leader for South-West Europe, to lead demand marketing efforts primarily in France while overseeing execution across Benelux, Iberia, and Italy. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of B2B marketing experience, adept at driving digital-first marketing strategies and demand generation programs. This full-time role requires fluency in French and English and is hybrid with on-site requirements in the Paris area.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial sectors.
• Proven ability in running demand programs with understanding of lead management.
• Strong experience in digital demand generation and multi-touch campaigns.
• Comfortable leading across markets and cultures.
