A leading electronic payment technology company is seeking a Legal Counsel for a 4-month contract in Boulogne-Billancourt. This role involves managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and collaborating with business leaders. Ideal candidates should be fully qualified attorneys in France with at least 5 years of commercial law experience, fluent in both French and English, and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment. This position reports to the Head of Legal for the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, especially in commercial law.
• Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and manage legal risks.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial legal agreements.
• Advise on structuring new commercial agreements.
