Job summary
Omoda | Jaecoo France is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to coordinate vehicle development programs between French research institutes, R&D, marketing, aftersales and quality teams. You will translate market needs into actionable plans and ensure on-time delivery against quality requirements.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in engineering, automotive engineering, project management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in automotive OEM/R&D/industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirements and deliverables across marketing, aftersales, quality, R&D and institutes.
- Translate market needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Define milestones, track progress, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead issue resolution, risk management, and escalation processes.
- Ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews and continuous process improvements.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
