A leading recruitment agency is seeking an individual for the FPSO SURF Assistance role based in Paris, offering a renewable one-year contract. Responsabilités

  • Serve as the point of contact for the FPSO CPY Project team.
  • Organize missions and travels for the CPY FPSO team.
  • Maintain FPSO Directory and schedule of absences.
  • Control and pre-validate external personnel documents.
  • Manage the FPSO Package Manager's agenda as requested.
  • Coordinate office supplies management with contractor's assistants.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and related logistics.
  • Dispatch project information and new procedures.

FPSO SURF Assistance

5 days of Service. Paris based (Saint Quentin En Yvelines). 1 year renewable.

The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualised Technical Referential.

Assistance Activities
  • To be the point of contact for FPSO CPY Project team and ensure all assistance and secretarial activities for the CPY FPSO Package Manager and team.
  • To organize Missions & Travels for the CPY FPSO team: organize missions, obtain visas, perform booking as necessary, organize logistic with CPY & CTRs for missions. Treat in a timely manner expenses in Treck for TTE staff and by Project Internal Forms for FPSO TGI team.
  • To maintain FPSO Directory, schedule of absence / presence / missions and any other FPSO directory as necessary.
  • Control & pre-validation in MIR for FPSO External Personnel: Time Sheets, Mission Orders, Expense Notes.
  • To organize and follow up FPSO Package Manager’s agenda as requested.
  • To type / register / manage paperwork for FPSO team as requested.
  • To coordinate with FPSO Contractor’s Assistants in CTR Main Office in Saint-Quentin to manage necessary offices supplies and to keep the FPSO Management team informed of matters related to the office building.
  • To organize or give assistance for the organization of meetings and associated logistics in coordination with PMT Assistant (internal meetings / meetings with Contractors / meeting with Project Management and special events).
  • To receive and dispatch Project information, new Procedure in close cooperation with CPY PMT Assistant.
Requirements
  • Languages English master level
  • Knowledge of tools like Treck, Giseh, iDeal, WeCare, Sharepoints’ environment, English fluent
  • Years of Total Professional Experience, including
    • 10 Years of Experience with this industry
    • 10 Years of Experience with this discipline
  • Experience with project is preferable
