EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a high-growth environment in Lyon. You will design, build, and operate core software systems, taking important features from concept through to production with autonomy and strategic influence.

You’ll work closely with founders to identify needs, iterate rapidly, and shape the product and technical roadmap while delivering scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• You have a high-agency builder mindset and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core software systems and product capabilities from concept to production.
• Make technical and architectural decisions and solve complex engineering challenges to build reliable, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with founders and users to identify needs, iterate quickly, and shape the product and technical roadmap.
