Bluesand is building an AI-first Finance System of Action and seeks a Founding Engineer to design and ship human-agent systems using reasoning models and semantic infrastructure. You will join a founding team driving a generational shift in how Finance runs inside every company.

As a founding member, you’ll own architecture end-to-end, shape company culture, and work from our Paris office with top-tier engineers on frontier tech and equity compensation.

• Significant experience building and shipping great products
• Deep curiosity and ability to dive deep into our customer domain, deriving first principles to solve complex engineering problems
• Concrete understanding of system design, tech debt tradeoffs, and scalable architecture

What you'll do

• Model complex domain-specific systems with elegant backend architectures
• Build autonomous Agents, constantly integrating frontier methods to increase their impact and reliability
• Design and integrate new types of interfaces for human/agent collaboration
• Build enterprise-grade systems that balance speed, trust, and scale
• Own delivery end-to-end: from architecture to shipping with fast iteration cycles
• Work with the following stack (ever evolving): Typescript, Vercel AI SDK / Vercel, Neon / Postgres, Langsmith
• Shape not just the product, but the company itself
