Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Founding Engineer to take broad technical ownership in a fast-moving environment. You will help shape the technical direction, build core systems from the ground up, and wear multiple hats as needs evolve.

Lead across the stack and establish engineering practices early on, working closely with founders to translate vision into technical execution and scale the product from inception.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including startup exposure.
• Strong full-stack development and system design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Track record of shipping and scaling products independently.

• Experience as an early engineer or co-founder at a startup
