EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our rapidly growing group in Paris. You will shape research directions and advance AI systems with end‑to‑end ownership, collaborating closely with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

You will design rigorous experiments, translate research findings into working prototypes, and help scale impact across real‑world applications. Strong English communication is essential.

• You will design rigorous experiments, evaluate results, and translate research advances into working prototypes and real-world applications.
• You will communicate and document research findings, strengthen the experimental process, and help build a high-performing research team.
