Job summary

EWOR Fellows in Europe offers a unique fellowship to ambitious founders who will own and run their own startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs who built €1B+ companies. You can receive up to €500k in funding and access top founders weekly to sharpen your strategy and execution.

You will develop personally and professionally through a customised programme, with hiring assistance from a vast professional network and intensive coaching to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as RetailTech.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders with a customised programme.
• Receive hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR Fellows until product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
