Opella seeks a Formulation Development Scientist for its Compiegne Global Development Center to lead OTC and food supplement formulation programs across multiple brands. You will drive development from concept to tech transfer, ensuring regulatory, quality, and scientific standards are met.

You will collaborate with Science Hub, Product Research, and Manufacturing, applying DoE and QbD methods, managing milestones, and guiding cross-functional teams through agile project delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Life Sciences.
• Experience in formulation development, innovation process and transfer to industrial sites.
• Fluent English communication; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the formulation development process for OTC and food supplement projects across main brands within the Compiegne portfolio.
• Contribute to development strategy for internal projects and ensure regulatory, quality and compliance requirements are met.
• Guide technical activities through all phases of project development and maintain status reporting.
