A luxury beauty brand is seeking a Forecaster to join their Fragrance & Beauty team in Paris, responsible for ensuring reliable demand forecasts and optimizing stock allocation for the European region. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in demand planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in IT tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. The Regional Fragrance & Beauty Forecast team combines deep knowledge of product, business and local markets - operating at the croassroad of marketing, finance, commercial and supply chain teams - ensuring the right expression of demand and maximizing the service level for Europe F&B. This expertise is essential to secure production volumes, guarantee stock availability, protecting brand image and business potential.
Within the F&B Europe Operations Direction and reporting to the Forecast Manager, your role as a forecaster is to ensure a reliable demand to meet Europe’s strategy and budget ambition, in line with trends and product plan potential. You also contribute to optimizing the stock allocation for the European region, playing a pivotal role with marketing, finance, sales and supply chain teams
Perform European sales forecasts of a range product axis in a monthly cycle, using a statistical tool and capturing business trends, local events, supply chain challenges by developing ad-hoc analyses
Build estimate on new product launches based on Europe strategy, provide guidelines to markets, and challenge their forecasts in collaboration with regional marketing.
Drive consensus between market, region and division to achieve an aligned ambition among all stakeholders.
Ensure reliable European demand for SPM Permanent, coordinating activities between markets, division and merchandising team (management of an apprentice).
Ensure optimal allocation of orders for new product launch, in collaboration with the CS division, Export, ME and France.
Arbitrate stock allocations in case of scarcity, among markets in partnership with marketing, to maximize the service rate.
Play an active role in coordination and communication to ensure the execution between markets, region and division
Coordinate and support the monthly operational processes for your markets
Lead validation meetings with cross functional local teams (sales, finance, marketing, supply) to capture market context and business updates, enabling the assessment of risks and opportunities and proactively managing forecasts and stock allocation at Europe level.
Animate S&OP meeting on your product axis within Europe team and with division, to highlight risks and opportunity, monitor product availability and find alternative solution to drive and support markets business potential
Working on complex and challenging supply chain environment
Thriving in a collaborative and international environment with diverse perspective (marketing, sales, finance, supply …)
Gathering information from markets and marketing to provide qualitative input to quantitative analysis
Being proactive and proposing stock allocation to support decision making
Assessing risks and opportunities and sharing with Sales and Operations teams
Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a higher education or engineering school with minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning.

In this role you will have the opportunity to acquire deep skills in F&B supply chain from factory to point of sale, working with diverse teams and stakeholders around markets, regional and division.
