Job summary

Clarks in Paris is seeking a friendly Sales Team Member for our Madeleine store, 35 hours per week. You’ll be the face of Clarks, helping customers find shoes they’ll adore and delivering great service on the shop floor.

You’ll build rapport, offer fashion-forward advice, and contribute to end-to-end selling with strong product knowledge. Our training supports you to meet targets, while keeping the store neat and stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Interest in fashion and footwear helps engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to close sales.
• Promote Clarks and act as a brand ambassador.
• Keep the store clean and tidy and assist in the stockroom.
