Lacoste is seeking a Footwear Product Development Manager for Colors & Materials in the Women's line. You will drive color and material development from concept to production, ensuring quality, cost targets, and on-time delivery.

The role partners with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to deliver scalable color and material solutions that support seasonal strategies and brand objectives. Experience in footwear color/material development, strong project management, and

Qualifications

Solid experience in footwear color and material development.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience working with Asian manufacturing partners.
Proficiency with PLM and digital development tools preferred.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end color and material development from design handoff through production approval.
Ensure material feasibility, manufacturability, performance, and quality standards are met.
Execute seasonal material and color direction aligned with design intent and category strategy.
Support innovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable solutions with cross-functional teams.
Develop partnerships with Design, Materials, Quality, CSR, and Supply Chain to align execution with intent.
