Nestlé in Cergy is seeking a chemistry-focused analyst to perform chemical analyses in the food product quality control laboratory. You will execute analyses per established protocols to assess compliance with quality standards and prepare samples for contaminant analysis.

You will work within ISO 17025 frameworks, maintain equipment, document nonconformities, and contribute to new analytical methods. Proficiency with GC-MS/MS, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and extraction techniques is expected, as is solid

Qualifications

• Two- or three-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2/Bac+3) in chemistry.
• Initial quality control experience in chemical analysis, ideally involving chromatographic methods.
• Experience in analytical chemistry preferred.
• Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency in GC-MS/MS, HPLC, and LC-MS/MS methods, including theory, use, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extraction techniques.
• Knowledge of organic chemistry.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and food product analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform chemical analyses in Nestlé's food product quality control laboratory in Cergy.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and tests according to established protocols to assess product compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare samples for the analysis of chemical contaminants in food products.
• Contribute to the implementation of new analytical methods or systems.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and participate in its qualification and maintenance.
• Work in accordance with the quality assurance requirements of the EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, including documenting nonconformities and action plans.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues.
