Tasks
  • Manage a team of 15 to 30 employees.
  • Ensure efficient factory production while adhering to HACCP standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Optimize human and material resources.
  • Effectively meet the operational requirements of the company in terms of safety, quality, and production.
  • Collaborate with teams from other departments, including quality and maintenance.
  • Address various issues and manage unforeseen circumstances effectively.
  • Manage the working conditions of unionized employees in accordance with the collective labor agreement.
  • Ensure sufficient products are available for the following day's production needs, in collaboration with the production planner.
  • Monitor performance indicators (K.P.I.).
  • Perform any other related tasks as required by the role.
