Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse is seeking a Flight Control & Autopilot Systems Testing Engineer to join the Flight and Integration Tests center. You will lead system integration testing for flight control (ATA 27) and autopilot (ATA 22) across programs using benches, simulators, and flight test aircraft.

The role emphasizes developing innovative testing methods while ensuring safety. You will collaborate with Design Office, Flight Test Engineers, and Programmes to drive milestone

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in system testing or development.
• Degree in Aeronautics or a related field is required.
• Proactive, result‑oriented engineer with good communication and synthesis skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, challenge, and harmonize test orders/requests per the test strategy.
• Define and write test procedures and test cases for system validation.
• Learn airline operational procedures to build representative test scenarios.
• Perform tests on benches and simulators and analyze results (reports, data).
• Support flight tests with real-time telemetry analysis.
• Collaborate with Design Office, Flight Test Engineers, and Programmes to meet milestones.
• Report and classify issues in reporting tools.
• Foster innovation and digitalisation (big data analytics, automation).
