Job summary

Airbus UpNext SAS is seeking a professional in actuator design, development and testing to lead functional and electrical integration of flight control actuators. You will define, execute and document V&V activities, coordinate with suppliers for production/testing, and ensure actuators are validated for flight tests.

The role requires strong experience in flight control actuators, systems interfaces, and hands-on problem solving, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in actuator design, development and testing.
• Experience in flight control applications and actuators.
• Experience in testing and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional and electrical integration of actuators.
• Define and deliver actuators V&V (validation & verification).
• Follow up production and testing of actuators at suppliers.
• Oversee qualification testing of actuators.
• Define and test actuators on test benches and on aircraft (ground/flight).
• Deliver V&V documentation for permit to fly.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for actuators.
