Jobtailor in Vitrolles, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur seeks a fleet inspector to conduct vehicle fleet inspections for professional customers, plan visits, and ensure safety and service quality. You will prepare reports, update accounts, and coordinate with sales and maintenance teams in the assigned area.

The role requires tire maintenance expertise, a minimum of 3 years in fleet management, and a valid Category B license, with strong technical and customer-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Training in vehicle maintenance (CAP, BEP, vocational baccalaureate, or CQP equivalent).
• Expertise in tires and tire maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience managing vehicle fleets.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong technical expertise.
• Thorough and methodical approach.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Conduct inspections of professional customers’ vehicle fleets within the assigned area, in accordance with customer specifications and company policy
• Plan visits to customers’ vehicle fleets
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental prevention rules
• Prepare intervention reports and activity reports
• Update customer accounts
• Identify and recommend the interventions required to optimize vehicle operation and ensure the safety of inspected vehicles
• Relay information to sales representatives and maintenance technicians at centers within the assigned area
• Maintain the expected level of service quality
