STRICHER SAS in Île-de-France (Rungis) is seeking a fleet management professional to optimize day-to-day operations, supervise branch activity, monitor vehicle movements, and ensure contractual compliance.

You will prepare customer quotes, coordinate departures and returns of company vehicles, track fuel use, and maintain inspection schedules while coordinating with site and shop managers to guarantee service continuity and KPI monitoring.

Responsabilités

Manage recurrent activity in branches
Regularly monitor fleet using software and onsite review of branches
Open and close customer fleet agreements in accordance with contractual rules
Monitor and control vehicle movements of all types
Communicate with the shop manager and site manager
Prepare customer quotes and plan CD departures
Carry out the departure and return of CD vehicles using the company's tools
Identify and open claims according to operational needs
Monitor and invoice fuel consumption
Check or fill in activity monitoring media (repairs, use)
Ensure business continuity for the customer by setting up relays and monitoring KPIs
Manage conveyor schedules
Organize customer communications relating to fleet availability
Check vehicle movements and maintenance compliance
Consult and monitor the inspection schedule
Anticipate, plan and monitor regulatory inspections for vehicle use
Plan and update all customer files for inspections and maintenance
Be aware of cost, deadline and quality requirements
