Camarillo Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate to join our front-of-house team. You’ll greet members, guide tours, and drive membership sales in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting members and guests.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive growth by achieving sales goals in memberships and retail.
• Maintain accurate records using sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and team to maintain high energy.
