Job summary

La Compagnie is seeking qualified and motivated First Officers for its Airbus A321 fleet, based in Paris-Orly. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, all-Business Class transatlantic operation.

Selection involves a knowledge assessment, simulator assessment, and interviews, with start date set for December 1, 2026. Candidates must hold Airbus A320 Type Rating and a Class 1 Medical, among other requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid ATPL or a CPL with frozen ATPL.
• Must hold a valid Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine rating.
• Must hold a valid Airbus Type Rating.
• Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Total Flight Time: 1,000 hours minimum.
• Airbus experience: 500 hours minimum.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 minimum.
• French Language Proficiency (FLP) Level 6 minimum.
• Must have Airbus FBW experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate as First Officer on Airbus A321 on transatlantic routes.
• Participate in the selection process and simulator assessments.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance with crew and ATC.
• Support flight operations and teamwork aboard long-haul missions.

Position description

La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated First Officers for its Airbus A321 fleet, based in Paris-Orly. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.

Selection Process

The selection day will be held on November 16, 2026.

Pre-selected candidates will be contacted by phone on November 10, 2026.

During this call, they will be informed of their assigned interview time slot.

Prior to the motivation interview, candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment.

Only candidates who achieve a score of 80% or above will proceed to the motivation interview.

Candidates who are successful at the motivation interview will be invited to attend a simulator assessment, which will take place on November 18, 2026.

Start date: December 1, 2026.

Selected candidates must hold a valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (A320 TR) at the time of joining.

• Total Flight Time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
• Airbus Experience: Minimum 500 hours
• Airbus FBW experience
• English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum Level 5.
• French Language Proficiency (FLP): Level 6.
• History: No history of accidents or incidents.
• Records: No criminal records and no security restrictions.
• Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
