Job summary

France Élévateur is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee controlling activities for one or more production sites. You will prepare financial reports in cooperation with Finance and Operations and analyze KPIs and cost structures to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field.
• Several years of experience in plant controlling or manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with Finance and Operations.
• Analyze production KPIs, cost structures, and variances.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
• Support plant management in operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor material, labor, manufacturing, and overhead costs.
• Develop and improve reporting and controlling processes.
• Prepare investment calculations and business cases.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure internal control standards.
• Collaborate with international teams across the group.

About the Role
