A leading financial services firm in Paris seeks an experienced lawyer to join their Debt Capital Markets team. This role involves providing legal advice for bond issues, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams and external law firms. Candidates should have a degree in French business law and experience in bond issues, with at least 4 years in the field. Excellent English skills are required. The position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for professional development.
You join the Debt Capital Markets team as a lawyer, where you play a key role in various transactions, characterized by the diversity of issuers and the different structures and modalities of operations.
You will be in charge of the legal advice at Natixis' front-office (origination and syndication) in France and abroad, as well as the negotiation and implementation of the legal documentation for the bond issues carried out by our various clients.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
You mainly work in the fields of stock market law and financial law, contract law and international law, mainly in French and English law.

With a higher education in French business and financial law, supplemented by a degree Aero in Anglo-Saxon law or experience acquired in an Anglo-Saxon country, you have at least 4 years of experience in the field of bond issues. You ideally justify complementary financial knowledge.
