Job Description

You join the Debt Capital Markets team as a lawyer, where you play a key role in various transactions, characterized by the diversity of issuers and the different structures and modalities of operations.

You will be in charge of the legal advice at Natixis' front-office (origination and syndication) in France and abroad, as well as the negotiation and implementation of the legal documentation for the bond issues carried out by our various clients.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Work upstream with origination teams and other functions involved in the design of bond issues and related operations as well as structuring terms of operations.
• Develop and negotiate the legal documentation related to bond issues (mandates, prospectuses ...).
• Interact with law firms involved in operations, the other banks involved and the various internal functions concerned.
• Ensure monitoring and compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.

You mainly work in the fields of stock market law and financial law, contract law and international law, mainly in French and English law.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in French business and financial law, supplemented by a degree Aero in Anglo-Saxon law or experience acquired in an Anglo-Saxon country, you have at least 4 years of experience in the field of bond issues. You ideally justify complementary financial knowledge.
