Aether Financial Services in Paris is seeking a Legal Counsel (Juriste) to join its internal legal team. The role supports the agency, valuation, and corporate services divisions, coordinating with banks, law firms, and investors.

The candidate should have a Bac+5 in Banking/Financial Law and at least 2 years of professional experience in law firms, banks, or financial firms, with strong French drafting and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent drafting skills in French; professional English capability.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial law frameworks.
• Experience with financing, securities, and corporate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily legal activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate financing and security documentation.
• Oversee general meetings of financial instrument holders.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the firm’s activities.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties and transversal projects.
