Le Creuset is seeking a Plant Finance Manager at its Fresnoy-Le-Grand site to oversee overall financial performance and report to the CFO. You will act as a true business partner to site management, ensuring reliable accounts, controlling production costs and supporting operational decisions.
You will lead the industrial finance function, guide monthly reports, closings, tax and cash flow optimization, and develop the team's skills. The role combines rigor with hands-on production insight.

As part of a replacement appointment, we are seeking a Plant Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to oversee the overall financial performance of our industrial site.
As a true business partner to the site management, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the accounts, controlling production costs and supporting operational decision-making.
