Job summary

Full Circle Wind Services is seeking a Finance Manager for our France operations, focused on month-end close, statutory reporting, VAT compliance, and intercompany reconciliations. You will work with external accountants and cross-functional teams to ensure financial clarity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4–6 years in accounting, strong French GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and fluency in English and French. Remote work from France with a national scope is available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years accounting experience in a high-growth or technical environment.
• Solid knowledge of French GAAP (PCG) and statutory/tax compliance including VAT, corporate income tax, liasse fiscale.
• Experience with expert-comptable and statutory auditors (CAC) in an international multi-entity setup.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process for the French entity with accuracy.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, bank reconciliations, cash-flow monitoring.
• Prepare statutory reports including VAT and CIS; ensure full compliance.
• Manage relationships with external accounting firms and tax advisers; handle corporate tax and annual accounts.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations across international operations.
• Prepare GL account specifications and reconciliations; deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals with clear financial insight.
• Assist with statutory audits by providing documentation and timely responses.
• Maintain internal controls and continuously improve local finance processes.

Location: France (remote).

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team in France.

As part of a growing international business, we have centralised the professional Finance function at our headquarters. To ensure smooth local operations in France, we need a reliable on-the-ground partner to manage essential financial tasks.

This role is focused on finance, leading the month-end close, preparing statutory reports (including VAT), reconciling intercompany transactions and general ledger accounts, and supporting statutory audits. You will work closely with external consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure our French operations stay compliant and financially clear.

What You’ll Be Handling Day-to-Day:

• Lead the month-end close process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and cash-flow monitoring for the French entity.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports, including VAT and CIS, ensuring full compliance.
• Manage the relationship with the external accounting firm (expert-comptable) and tax advisers, including corporate income tax, CFE/CVAE and the annual accounts (liasse fiscale).
• Manage intercompany transaction reconciliations across international operations.
• Prepare detailed general ledger (GL) account specifications and reconciliations.
• Deliver monthly management reporting to headquarters, including budget vs. actual analysis, forecasts and commentary on the French business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial clarity supports operational goals.
• Assist with statutory audits by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
• Maintain internal controls and continuously improve local finance processes, acting as the trusted finance partner to local leadership and the Group Finance team.

What You’ll Need in Your Toolkit:

• 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technical environment.
• Solid knowledge of French GAAP (PCG) and statutory/tax compliance, VAT, corporate income tax, liasse fiscale, with exposure to group (IFRS) reporting a plus.
• Experience working with an expert-comptable and statutory auditors (CAC), and managing month-end close in an international, multi-entity environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English & French.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
