As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Finance Intern to support our growing operations in Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processing (invoice verification, data entry, payment preparation)
• Review travel reimbursement applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, and match them with relevant receipts and invoices
• Support bank reconciliations and expense report checks
• Maintain accurate accounting records and document filing (digital and physical)
• Contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing tasks
• Assist with financial reporting (Excel, ERP, or accounting software)
• Support budget tracking and cost analysis for internal projects
• Participate in audit preparation and document collection
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team

You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (if applicable).
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in French and Chinese; good command of English is a plus.
