Job summary

Pluxee International in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Finance Analyst to analyze financial data, prepare reports and support budgeting decisions. The role involves monitoring budget performance, performing variance analysis and assisting in forecasts and cost-reduction initiatives.

Fluency in French and English preferred; CMA certification welcomed. The position is hybrid in Issy-les-Moulineaux, with responsibilities spanning internal controls and audit support to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• CMA certification or equivalent preferred.
